Ethan Eynard (cq), 23, spends his Monday evening working at Dunn Brothers Coffee in Columbia, Missouri on Feb. 8, 2016. But he spends his days studying environmental sciences and creative writing at Lincoln University in Jefferson City — “I’m academically indecisive,” Eynard said. Attending a historically black college, Eynard is in the minority. But at Lincoln, he can flex his poetry muscles.
